Independent Per-Tenant Timezone
Every tenant has its own IANA timezone (default Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh). Server runs in UTC and all date-time math goes through a utility layer with explicit timezone parameters — operate across countries with each branch computing dates in correct local time.
Automated Certificate Pipeline
3-phase certificate system: concurrency-safe unique number issuance, client-side PDF/image rendering via event-driven listeners, and storage & distribution. 6 statuses (pending render, rendering, issued, render failed, revoked, archived) plus an admin retry page for bulk recovery.
Pretest & Posttest Assessment
Redesigned Pretest/Posttest with independent date-time schedules, a deferred-assignment job that fires on schedule, and tight sync between training programs and quiz enrollments. Post-tests auto-open after learners finish content — measure training impact before and after.

Auto-enrolls by position/org-unit/role, measures weighted competency coverage, ships immutable versioning, 3-tier editing (cosmetic/scheduling/audience), and periodic recurrence for compliance paths — driven by 4 cron jobs (auto-enroll, diff-tick, recurrence, overdue sweep) in each tenant's timezone.
Certificate Multi-Anchor Verification & Template Clone
A multi-anchor certificate engine: one template can target many courses, exams and training programs simultaneously, with per-type 'all' wildcards. Each anchor issues its own certificate with a snapshot title and unique code, deduplicated by a partial unique index on (tenant, template, learner, anchor type, anchor id). Phase 7 Clone Template deep-copies fabric layout, codeRule, validity and autoIssue — reuse a design for a new anchor set in one click, plus a renderer fix that reads canvas width/height from the template JSON.
